Easy Returns

At Overland Vision, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely thrilled with your purchase, our return policy is designed to make the process smooth and straightforward.

Eligibility for Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.
  • To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in pristine condition, and in their original packaging.
  • Please provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.

How to Start a Return

  1. Get in Touch:
    • Email us at team@overlandvision.com  with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
    • Our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide instructions for the next steps.
  2. Prepare Your Return:
    • Clearly label your package with the RMA number and include the original invoice inside.
    • Ensure your item is sent back within five days of receiving your RMA.
  3. Shipping Costs:
    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for items that arrive damaged or defective.
  4. Return Address:
    • The shipping address for returns will be provided once you contact us to start the return process.

Refund Process

  • Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you about your refund status.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to finalize the refund transaction.

Reporting Damages

  • Check your item upon delivery. If there is any damage or discrepancy, let us know immediately by emailing us photos and details.
  • Report damages within 60 days of purchase to qualify for a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain items, including customized products, personal care items, and gift cards, cannot be returned.
  • If you have questions about whether a specific item can be returned, please reach out to us for clarification.

Exchanges

  • To exchange an item, initiate a return for the item you have and place a new order for the desired item once your return is processed.
