At Overland Vision, we're dedicated to your satisfaction. While we're confident in the quality of our products, we understand that circumstances may change, and sometimes, your expectations may evolve. That's why we've crafted our seamless 30-Day Returns Policy to ensure your peace of mind and convenience.

How It Works:

Should you decide to return an item within 30 days of receiving your order, simply reach out to us at team@overlandvision.com with your order number. Our attentive team will guide you through the straightforward return process.

Return Shipping Costs:

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Inspection and Refund:

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item(s) at our warehouse, we'll promptly notify you via email once your return payment has been processed. To qualify for a refund, the item(s) must arrive in pristine "Like New" condition, complete with all original packaging and accessories.

"Like New" condition means that the items should exhibit no visible signs of wear or usage in water. Any items returned with indications of wear, water exposure, or usage-related issues will not be accepted for return, and no refund will be issued.

Initiating a Return:

To begin the return process, simply send an email to team@overlandvision.com with your order number. We're committed to making this process as seamless as possible for you.

Damages:

In the rare event of a damaged product arrival, it's imperative to make note of it immediately upon delivery and send photos to team@overlandvision.com on the day of receipt. Overland Vision will cover the shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped merchandise.

Remember:

Retain all original packaging for items requiring return. All returns must be authorized by our customer service team before processing.

Cancellations:

Should you wish to cancel an order, please email or call our customer service team without delay to avoid return shipping fees. Orders canceled prior to shipment will receive a full refund. Orders canceled after shipment will adhere to our 30-Day Returns Policy and may incur return shipping costs.

Additional Notes on Returns:

Any exceptions to the stated return policy, such as specific vendors or products, will be clearly outlined in the respective product descriptions or product-specific return information.

Products designated as certified pre-owned or used are ineligible for return.

Overland Vision is committed to selling items intended for long-term use. Orders designated for "one-time use" or "temporary use" are not eligible for return under any circumstances, including orders for trade shows, conference venues, promotional companies, and trade show facilitators.
